Pete was in charge of A&R at Atlantic Record for 16 years, and has worked with artists like Santana, Twenty One Pilots, Run DMC, Donna Summer, and Chaka Khan. He now runs his own company called Pure Tone Music, and is the host of the Rock & Roll High School Podcast where he interviews legendary figures in contemporary music. In the episode, Jackson and Pete talk about how he ended up in A&R, what it's like to work for a historic label like Atlantic, and the creation of his podcast.
